HCPSS has implemented a new student information system, requiring parents/guardians to enter the Emergency Card information online each year, even if you have no changes to your contact information. Effective today, the online submission is closed.
If you have not completed an Emergency Card for this school year, please view and print the attachment. Emergency Procedure Student Information Card.pdf. If you are unable to access the Emergency Card electronically, please call the front office and we will send home a paper copy. It is imperative that this emergency information is completed and returned to the front office ASAP.
