New Student Registration for 2017-18

Office hours during the summer are limited and registrations for next year will require an appointment.  Summer appoinments will be available during July 10-13 and August 2 from 9am-3pm.

Registration will also be available when staff returns for the 2017/18 school year on August 21.

Age Eligibility for Kindergarten

• Kindergarten is a mandatory grade in the state of Maryland.
• Children must be five years old by September 1st to attend kindergarten.
• Children entering kindergarten in the fall of 2017 must have been born between September 2, 2011 and September 1, 2012. 
• Students will be enrolled in attendance area in which they live.  Visit the School & Bus Locator to confirm assigned school.

• Children must be six years old by September 1st to attend first grade.
• Children entering first grade in the fall of 2017 must have been born between September 2, 2010 and September 1, 2011.
• Students will be enrolled in attendance area in which they live.  Visit the School & Bus Locator to confirm assigned school.
• Students must have completed a Maryland state-approved Kindergarten Program before they will be admitted to first grade.
